One of the biggest things I can tell you is that if you want to play the game of Baseball you NEED Passion!
Playing and competing at the highest level everyday takes lots of hard work, dedication and enormous sacrifice.
It is impossible to put in the time to do the hard work, have the dedication and make the time and family sacrifices if you do not have a deep love and passion for the great game of baseball!
Spend the time, do the hard work. Take the stairs to the top, not the elevator! Love the game of baseball and the game will love you back!
